Training & Credentials
Idaho AHMA offers a variety of certification and credential courses at our special trainings throughout the year. Our organizational goal is to provide quality, reasonably-priced educational opportunities conducted by nationally recognized instructors. Idaho AHMA also partners with our State and Government Agencies to bring practical compliance training to our members. The Northwest Regional AHMA and Agency training schedules are posted for our members' convenience. Idaho AHMA and its neighboring AHMA Chapters allow special member registration rates between our states.

Idaho AHMA offers three types of membership. Regular members are property management companies, building owners, and property managers. Associate members are professional member organizations and housing authorities. Affiliate members are vendors and service providers.
