The Rental Housing Integrity Improvement Project (RHIIP) was developed to reduce errors in the administration of HUD's rental assistance funds by taking actions that better assure the "right benefits go to the right persons." The Rental Housing Integrity Improvement Project (RHIIP) training program is available for download here. This training is beneficial for those responsible for calculating tenant rents (subsidized owners, agents and site managers) as a self-study program, or modified for classroom use with the HUD Occupancy Handbook 4350.3.
