Affordable housing in Idaho faces many management challenges. We must implement many complex regulations into our daily operations. Searching for practical and reliable sources of information is time consuming. Our industry is plagued with tough agency oversight, budget constraints, and ongoing legislative changes. Individual companies may not have the influence to bring about important changes.

To accomplish these goals, members will receive the following benefits:
