Communities of Quality ® (COQ®) is NAHMA's premier certification for multifamily properties that have achieved excellence in management, resident services, appearance, and other standards set forth by the program. The COQ designation is offered in two separate categories: large and small properties (under 50 units). Submissions compete for National Recognition at the NAHMA Annual Conference. In addition, individual properties and Management Agents/Owners are listed in a national registry.
