e-COQ Application Process Roll-Out to all AHMAs (02/19/09) Print E-mail

NAHMA is moving forward with the electronic COQ application process. Currently, NAHMA has beta tested the e-COQ application process with 3 test AHMAs with great results.

*Please note: Beginning in 2010, NAHMA will only be accepting electronic COQ applications. Until then, NAHMA will still accept both hard copy and electronic submissions.

NAHMA is now ready to roll out the e-COQ application process to all the AHMAs.

In order to do this, NAHMA needs to install i-Doc software on your computer and have a brief training session (1 hour) with each AHMA. Please follow the steps below the next time you received a hard copy COQ application.

  1. Contact Gustavo from Domin-8 software by phone or email. Let him know that you have received a new COQ application in hard copy and need to go through the process of setting up i-Doc on your computer to upload a new application.
    • Phone: (513) 492-5800 ext. 1303
    • This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  2. Schedule and go through 1 hour training session for i-Doc software with Domin-8 staff.
  3. Upload your hardcopy COQ application onto i-Doc and follow the electronic submissions ‘Guidelines for the AHMAs’. See this pdf file.
  4. Also review the ‘Owner-Agents e-COQ Submission Guidelines’. See this pdf file. This will be the process for properties/management companies to upload their e-COQ application. *Please note the payment submission guidelines.

We want to assure that while it may seem like a lot of steps, it’s very easy and i-Doc is very intuitive and user friendly. After you upload a few applications, it’s very simple to do.
